Marc’s life #1 – The cold
I already got complaints that I didn’t blog lately (*caugh* Martin *caugh* René). Well… I didn’t have much time for that, but I will come to that later.
Anyway, I find that the guys are right… and I noticed that back some time I blogged much more casual stuff what was going on in my life. I kinda lost that stuff, and I find it very cool when I can watch back in my blog one day and research aaalllllll the stuff I did and when
So, I decided to create a new category in my blog called “Marc’s life“, where I once in a while tell what is going on here. I hope my friends and family will enjoy
Today’s episode, I must write sick already. Because some days ago I caught a cold and it starts bothering me. All the mucus (I confess… I don’t knew this word, I looked it up in Leo…) everywhere is really bugging me. And yes, it sometimes is disgusting. But no worries please, because I am allright. Nothing hurting, not a big problem
Oh and it was snowing 2 days ago
A lot
Another thing I want to tell you is that I am writing a paper for the course “media technology” about audio streaming. Boy, that is an annoying topic… I didn’t find really much about it at first. But now I found stuff and put it in my paper and I still don’t have enough material to hand it in with as much content as the lecturer (let’s call him Mr. R.) wants to. For the type “Wiki entry”, I need a little bit less than 3000 words. That’s a bit of an overkill for a 3 ECTS course, don’t you think. But it gets better… the “classical paper” type would ask around 6000 words. That’s actually more than my bachelor thesis had (5005) words. Anyway, I will figure out something
Oh oh, another funny story related to my paper writing… when I wanted to borrow a book for looking up stuff for my paper, so I went to the university library. I found the book quiet quickly, but they took forever to register it to me. I was apparently not allowed to borrow books (WTF?!)… At the end, they discovered that my borrowing rights on my student card changed because it’s too long ago since I borrowed something the last time. The funny thing is, that I never ever borrowed a book in that library
But yeah… works good now.
But I am looking forward to visit my girlfriend Ylenia in Lucerne over the weekend. And she has birthday on Sunday… yaaayyyy! As we are talking about her… she’s planning to move here to Dornbirn on the beginning of February. Looking forward to it as well
OK, at the end I have a little something for you…
おはようございます。今日は早起き。
…that’s what I will think tomorrow in the morning (course at 8am). For those who figured out what it means, put a message in the comment section if you like the others to know. If you don’t… frickin’ go and find it out
The one who gets it first will WIN a personal dedication in the next Marc’s life post
